Description: The Asian Chefs Association (ACA) was formed in 2002 to provide Asian chefs with a forum to share ideas and promote Asian and Pan-Asian cuisines. Our founders include John Sikhattana from Roy’s San Francisco, Chris Yeo and Regina Passalaqua from Straits Restaurants, Kishore Kripalani from Gaylord India Restaurant, Lam and Khai Duong from Ana Mandara, and Chilipepper Events founder Chau Lam.
