Description / diplomas: Two-year AAB degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant-Foodservice Management, and Lodging-Tourism Management. Shorter certification and award programs available. Accredited by the American Culinary Federation Accrediting Commission and the Commission of Accreditation of Hospitality Management Programs (CAHM). The Hospitality Management Department is located at the Metro Campus in the heart of Cleveland and close to major restaurants, lodging, and attractions which are incorporated into the training programs. Student-faculty ratio is 12-1 in labs and 20-1 in lecture classes. The award winning faculty have both industry experiences and connections to help provide students with real-industry experiences and opportunities. Total cost of the two-year degree programs range from $6,500 for in-county students to $14,800 for out-of-state students. (includes tuition, books, fees, uniforms and parking) Room and board are not available at the college but housing costs in the Cleveland area are below those in most major cities.
