| Description / diplomas: ICASI is a professional culinary education facility registered in Ohio with the State Board of Career Colleges. ICASI offers 240-hour Certficate programs in the Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. These programs provide students with cooking and baking fundamentals and are designed to prepare students for entry level foodservice employment. ICASI also offers 670-hour Diploma programs in the Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. These programs provide fundamental skills as well as advanced classes in cooking and baking technique, sanitation, food science, nutrition, food history, and foodservice management.
