Job description	Job Description Sales & Marketing Manager We're looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibility Reporting to the Managing Director in Sint Maarten, you will be responsible for the marketing and sales in the USA to represent and increase our market share. Responsibilities •Sales Manager in charge of all sales activities in the USA for 2 Resort (800 rooms) in Sint Maarten (Dutch Antillies). •Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. •Reports to the Managing Director and GM in Sint Maarten •Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. •Develops, or participates with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company. •Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company. •Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company. •Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Contract conditions and benefits	Office is in New york but may relocate to Miami. Salary is $ 120.000 net (but is negotiabel)
Required education and work experience	Requirements: •Bachelors degree in a business related field, •Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management capacity in the hospitality industry. •Strong communication, motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills; •Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach. •must have an impressive track record in driving sales •'Make it happen' mentality •Willing to travel within the USA and once a month to Sint Maarten to report to the owners.
