Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Catering / Convention Sales Manager position. The position description is as follows: Looking for a team player with a thorough understanding of hotel, banquet and convention services operations for a Catering / Convention Sales Manager position. Under the direction of the Director of Catering, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, oversees and ensures efficient performance of Catering / Conventions. This person details all events and communicates to all hotel departments and at the same time ensures a quality group and or guest encounter.

Required education and work experience	Candidate must posses two (2) years prior experience in food or hospitality sales, convention servicing and meeting planning. Organized, self-starter with excellent communication skills and enjoyment for public contact a must.
