| Job description | Supervises staff while personally assisting At Your Service Agents serving as the main point of contact for all guests' requests and questions received by phone. Documents all requests, dispatches information to the appropriate department and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule. |
