Job description	We are seeking a competent ‘all rounder’ with a passion for all things green to help maintain our busy beachfront resort. Duties will include: maintenance of equipment & buildings, care of tropical landscaping plants, fruit & vegetable growing for the kitchen, loading/unloading boats.
Contract conditions and benefits	6 day work-week including weekends and public holidays. Salary (dep. on exp.) + gratutities + year-end bonus. Accommodation in a shared house & all meals are provided on-island. Staff discount applies to drinks, giftshop purchases and watersports.
Required education and work experience	Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Basic plumbing, electrics & carpentry skills are required and any construction or boat handling experience would be a bonus. Work experience in the Caribbean or remote locations with limited amenities will be a distinct advantage. Work permit applications require a current medical and police clearance certificate.
Remarks	As we are located on a virtually uninhabited island, you must have the ability to live in close quarters and thrive on working & socializing within a small team environment.
