Job description	For a 5* resort part of an international chain close to Cairo, ECR Hospitality Recruitment is searching for a Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee the kitchen operation. Responsibilities include: -team development including hiring, training, scheduling and managing -production: making sure the quality standards are met -stock: receiving, storage and stock cost and quality control -menus: development and updating of menu's including recipes
Contract conditions and benefits	Open contract including full accommodation as well as medical
Required education and work experience	European Culinary Education and/or European Exeprience and good knowledge of the European market Experience in a similar position in a 5* resort or hotel is required In total at least 3-5 years experience is a hotel or resort with multiple restaurants. International experience Due to location and accommodation single candidates are preferred Excellent Leadership en communication skills Computerskills are required. Well spoken in English
