| Job description |
For a 5* resort part of an international chain close to Cairo, ECR Hospitality Recruitment is searching for a Executive Sous Chef.
The Executive Sous Chef will oversee the kitchen operation.
Responsibilities include:
-team development including hiring, training, scheduling and managing
-production: making sure the quality standards are met
-stock: receiving, storage and stock cost and quality control
-menus: development and updating of menu's including recipes |

| Required education and work experience |
- European Culinary Education and/or
- European Exeprience and good knowledge of the European market
- Experience in a similar position in a 5* resort or hotel is required
- In total at least 3-5 years experience is a hotel or resort with multiple restaurants.
- International experience
- Due to location and accommodation single candidates are preferred
- Excellent Leadership en communication skills
- Computerskills are required.
- Well spoken in English
