We are presently looking for many candidates in Hospitality area (permanent and contract positions) for our business clients (Hotel Chains, Beach Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants, Airlines, Cruise Lines Co.) in Canada and in US (East/West Coast).
Responsible for the successful culinary operation reporting to the General Manager. Serves as the department head for culinary operations with duties that include the food production for cafés, retail operations and catering functions.
Duties also include menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management to include hiring, coaching, counseling, training and developing.
We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.

Required education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training.
  • Related experience in upscale, high volume food service operations .
  • Strong catering experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends with a focus on using quality goods, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
