Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Sous Chef position. The position description is as follows: The sous chef is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlets in the main kitchen or our in new 3-meal Restaurant. Operate the kitchen in a successful manner as directed by the Outlet Chef. Must maintain a high level of quality and professionalism at all times. Reports to the Main Kitchen Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary range $33,009.60 to $37,960.00 annual, depending on experience.
Required education and work experience	5 years culinary experience preferred. Experience in a multi unit hotel or casino a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED and graduate of an accredited culinary program or equivelent apprentice program.
