Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Executitve Chef position. Must adhere to spec and department procedure booklet. Reads menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier or procures food from storage. Adjusts the thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, steamers, and coolers. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to perpare cakes, cookies, breads, and small french desserts. Bakes bread rolls, cookies, cheesecakes, cakes and small french desserts. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking. Observes and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked. Ensures that the cleaning schedule is being followed every shift. Ensures that all recipes are implemented and followed every shift. Follows and ensures that all department uniform standards are adhered to. Makes sure that all shifts are covered. Weighs, mixes and bakes recipes that are needed on a daily basis. Ensures bakery is clean and organized upon closing. Ensures bakery floors are properly swept and mopped. Enusres that the next days orders are placed before they leave.
