| Required education and work experience |
- You will have at least 2-3 years experience as Chef de Partie, including experience working in a Rosette restaurant. You must be comfortable leading and managing a team of 6 in the absence of the Head Chef.We’re looking for candidates who are up to speed with Health and Safety regulations, and knowledgeable/willing to learn about gross margins, ordering and stock control.
