Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Sports Bar Utility Steward Supervisor position. The position description is as follows: The Sports Bar Utility Steward Supervisor ensures smooth and efficient operation of the dish area, as well as the back of the house. Supervises the collection, recycling and disposal of all trash from the kitchen and Food and Beverage outlets. Maintains cleanliness and order throughout the Food and Beverage venues. The Sports Bar Utility Steward Supervisor: * Monitor attendance schedules * Delegate dishwashing, pot washing and all cleaning responsibilities to Utility Stewards * Train employees on procedures * Assist management in hiring, disciplining, rewarding and evaluating employees * Ensure that all team members get scheduled breaks * Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed * Check activity in Dish room, check operating temperatures, and ensure that dishes, glassware, and silverware are clean and sanitary * Communicate special needs to Executive Steward * Supervise organization of all storage items * Ensure proper maintenance of dishwashing machine * Ensure maintenance of work space, proper use and application of chemicals, proper use and application of mechanical cleaning equipment, proper operation of trash compactor and proper trash disposal * Ensure all garbage receptacles are washed, cleaned and sanitized daily * Supervise all assigned responsibilities * Assist other team members as needed * Assist in maintaining a safe working environment * Any other duties as assigned by management
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
