Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for an Executive Chef position. The position description is as follows: Responsibilities: -Develop all menus and menu standards to include menu descriptions, recipes, menu item portion and cost sheets, plate specifications and pictures. -Develop specifications sufficient to meet the needs of the operation including the use of fresh meat, fruits, produce, seafood, dairy, breads and desserts. -Conduct food inventories ensuring that all pricing, unit costs and extensions are accurate. -Oversee selection and training of personnel in preparing, cooking and presenting all food according to standard recipes and plating specifications. -Schedules culinary staff and stewarding staff so the proper coverage is maintained and ensuring payroll costs are kept in line. -Maintain and monitor food costs while establishing par levels for all work stations. -Maintain and improve the overall Culinary operation. -Responsible for management of food and labor costs.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED Qualifications: Culinary Arts Degree required or equivalent work experience. Seven years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef D' Cuisine or combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Budgeting and inventory experience preferred. Experience in implementation and start up of casino back of the house operations is a must. Candidate should possess strong leadership skills. Serve Safe Certified. Casino Based Experience is preferred.
