Job description	For a new opening high end boutique hotel in Riga, ECR Hospitality Recruitment is searching for an exective chef. The hotel offers a French/International fine dining restaurant and bar were lighter dishes are served. First of all the Exec Chef/Head Chef will be responsible for the set-up of the department before the opening. (staff recruitment, menu development & recipes/calculations, purchasing, setting up contacts with suppliers, etc). Thereafter he/she will be responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen and staff as well as costing, stock control, HACCP etc.
Contract conditions and benefits	Starting date: after agreement, but as soon as possible. Good salary Housing Insurance
Required education and work experience	Culinary education Strong experience in fine dining restaurants, especially in the French cuisine. Experience in a similar position or as (Executive) Sous Chef in a 5*establishment is required. Extensive experience in Europe is preferred. Well spoken in English
