Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Culinary Executive Chef position. The position description is as follows: -Responsible for all kitchens in a food service establishment. -Ensures all kitchens provide nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, properly-flavored food while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. -Plans menus and prepares budgets. -Interviews, hires, evaluates, and disciplines kitchen personnel as appropriate. -Trains kitchen personnel in food production principles and practices. -Plan and price menu items for food production practices. -Conducts regular cover count, check average and food and beverage cost and projection analysis to maximize profitability.
Contract conditions and benefits	SALARY: Compelling Compensation Package, Commensurate with Experience
Required education and work experience	-Degree from a postsecondary culinary arts training program. -A minimum of two years as a Sous Chef and fives years in a food preparation position. -Extensive knowledge of seafood, protein and poultry. -Computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications and automated restaurant systems. -Strong organizational and leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence. -Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license as required by the Tribe.
