Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Executive Chef position. Description: Supervises all Food & Beverage operations; develops menus, implements and maintains kitchen standards and organization, oversees Food & Beverage purchases, inventory and cost of goods. Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be changed, added to or deleted at the sole discretion of management. * You are responsible for providing our customers with prompt and amiable service. To provide our guests a memorable dining experience, and enriching the work environment for your team. * Oversee the performance of other supervisors in the department to insure they meet the standards, specific job descriptions, and to further insure they are adhering to the policies and procedures. * Review decisions in all matters of dispute to insure that they are made in the best interst. * Recommend changes including hiring, promotion, and salary changes for personnel within established limits; demotion and release of personnel; approve regular vacations and recommend leaves of absence. * Perform other special assignments as directed by the General Manager. * Oversee all Casino Culinary operations, including staffing and kitchen services. * Prepare and regularly review annual department budget. Required education and work experience	Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Culinary Skills: Ability to fully understand kitchen operations; food and beverage purchasing and inventory systems; menu development; food & beverage costing; kitchen safety and health procedures/ standards; quality control; kitchen cooks training and development; kitchen organization and production; recipe development, costing and maintenance. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to pass an in depth background investigation for the issuance of a gaming license. Should have completed ServSafe/ or equivalent health and safety certification classes.
