Job description	We are a fast growing Canadian Recruiting Firm based in Montreal, Canada (Business Partners in Toronto, Vancouver, New-York city, Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas and San Francisco), we are dedicated to introduce professional respected in the field of Hospitality. We are presently looking for many candidates in Hospitality area (permanent and contract positions) for our business clients (Hotel Chains, Beach Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants, Airlines, Cruise Lines Co.) in Canada and in US (East/West Coast). Demonstrated Food Service experience including institutional food service experience, knowledge of food production, sanitation, supervision and accounting. Supervisory duties include instructing; assigning, reviewing and planning work of others; maintaining standards; coordinating activities; allocating personnel; selecting new employees; acting on employee problems; recommending and approving employee promotions, transfers and discipline, and recommending discharge. Inspects restaurants, picnic areas and cart groupings for safety, food quality and presentation, associate and guest interaction, and organization and cleanliness of front lines, kitchen and storage areas, etc. Recommends the purchase of additional / replacement equipment; obtains price quotes for and purchases supplies and other food / non-food products. Ensures locations prepare, present and serve food on a timely basis. We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.
