Required education and work experience	Previous cooking experience required; amount of experience dependent upon position applying for - i.e. Station Attendant (Entry-level), Cook (1-3 years), Lead Cook (3-5 years), Kitchen Supervisor (5+ years) Experience in a casual, upscale or fine dining restaurant highly preferred; previous experience in a hotel restaurant a big plus Demonstrated leadership skills AND previous supervisory/leadership role if applying for a Supervisor or Lead position Passion for food and being a part of creating culinary masterpieces Culinary school HIGHLY preferred Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Team player with willingness to help wherever needed Excellent guest service, time-management and strong communication skills Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 lbs.
