Job description This is a small restaurant in which all menu items are produced on site including breads, sauces, stocks, soups, pasta, desserts, ice cream, sorbet. Must be willing to pitch in, work well/closely with other kitchen staff, and be able to and want to do it all.
Contract conditions and benefits
  • $39,000 per year/50 weeks
  • minimun 40+ hours/week
  • OR $19/hour
  • 2 weeks paid vacation after one year
  • 2 days off per week
  • basic health insurance
  • 10% refund on ski pass at end of the season
Required education and work experience
  • Culinary Degree + 2 years experience
