Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Line Cook position. The position description is as follows: SCOPE AND MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:Responsible for food preparation and presentation Assures that guests have a favorable dining experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for preparation of all items for the buffet. Assembling the bar in an appealing way and maintaining the display during restaurant hours. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies on a daily basis. Responsible for ensuring items are seasoned and garnished before being put on the buffet line. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guest. Monitor and adjust performance to local competition. Other duties as assigned.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. One-year kitchen experience. On the job training may be provided. Ability to use all kitchen equipment and appliances. Ability to read and write simple instructions. Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
