Are you an experienced Head Chef looking a make a real name for yourself ? Join our small private hotel in East Devon and work with us to achieve something special. Your mission will be to create fresh and vibrant dishes, using the fresh seasonal produce available from local suppliers
The role will initially begin as a solo operation with the occasional assistance of a KP, but the team may grow over time subject to success levels. Own transport is preferable.
On offer is a 40-hr week (to concentrate on dinner service), and the opportunity to make a real name for yourself professionally in an area with very little competition! |
| Contract conditions and benefits |
- The salary for this Head Chef role is £18,000-£20,000 with a performance related bonus.

| Required education and work experience |
- You are a patient and creative chef, experienced in cooking for small-scale, bespoke establishments, highly autonomous, a good communicator, experienced in dealing with budgets and creating menus, willing to commit for a year or more to a permanent key role at this establishment. You need to be passionate about cooking, with a view to winning accolades & awards – previous rosette experience is desirable (not essential)
