| Job description |
ECR Hospitality Recruitment is searching for Personal Assistant/Butlet for a business men in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The PA will be responsible for
- Organizing reservation of various events like appointments and meetings,
also travel booking (accommodation, transportation and equipment needs,
etc..)
-Oversee family packing, moving or any travel duties.
-Will travel along when necessary on specific trips or travel.
-Will accompany our client to meetings, conferences and other when required.
-May serve as personal valet.
-Assist in preparation of homes, Yacht, Aircraft, and Hotels before arrival.
-Assist and coordinate household & family security measures.
-Responsible for Guests security, comfort and well-being.
-Coordinate with other staff in the house and supervise households
services.
-Oversee prepare tables settings, answer residence guests calls, supervise
receptions, assist with planning and organizing events & parties.
-Set up Meals Menu Planning.
-Personal Shopper: gifts, shopping list, etc..
-Help with managing household budgets, inventory supplies.
-Updating family agenda, secretarial responsibilities and time consuming
administrative duties. |

| Required education and work experience |
- Hospitality education; background
- Fluent in English, French is a big plus
- Single candidates are preferred
- Able to work with MS Office programs

- -an outgoing, professional manner and will work well to deadlines.
