House Manager

Job description For a private residence in Al Khobar ECR Hospitality recruitment is searching for a House Manager who will be responsible for the management and coordination of the household & family security measures.
The HM will also be responsible for Guests security, comfort and well-being.
He will coordinate with other staff in the house (team of 40) and supervise households & services.
He will oversee and prepare tables settings, answer residence guests calls, supervise receptions, assist with planning and organizing events & parties.
he will set up Meals Menu Planning and help with managing household budgets, inventory supplies.
He will update family agendas, secretarial responsibilities and time consuming administrative duties.
Contract conditions and benefits
  • 1 year (Renewable) contract
  • three month probationary period

  • A round trip economy class air ticket to home country on annual basis.
Required education and work experience
  • Four years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and French is plus.
  • Hospitality education and experience in the hospitality business is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, as well as first-rate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, professional manner, and able to work well with deadlines.
  • Ability to think ahead and the ability to rise to the challenge of new or unexpected circumstances.
  • Ability to work effectively and as part of a team and guide them.
