Job description For a mid size 3* hotel in the city centre of Moscow, ECR Hospitality Services is looking for a General Manager.
The GM will be fully responsible for the financial and operational performance of the hotel. He will manage a primarily Russian team.
Due to its good location the hotel attracts mostly tourists from around the world
Contract conditions and benefits
  • Attractive package
Required education and work experience
  • Hotel management education or similar
  • Extensive experience at senior level within a hotel.
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
  • Strong communicator with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate with experience of key PMS software
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of Russian is required
  • Experience in Russia and/or Eastern Europe is advantageous
