Job description Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Bar Manager position.

The position description is as follows:

SUMMARY:

Coordinates activities of workers engaged in selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

DUTIES :

-Estimates and orders foodstuffs, liquors, wines, or other beverages, and supplies.
-Adjusts customer's complaints concerning service, food, and beverages.
-Inspects establishment and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and local liquor regulations.
-Plans and arranges promotional programs and advertisement.
-Hires entertainers.

Required education and work experience
  • Education & experience:
  • Must have a high school diploma and minimum of two years experience as a bar or lounge manager or closely related occupation.
