Job description Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for an Assistant Night Club Manager position.

The position description is as follows:

In the absence of the Club Manager to manage and direct the Casino's Night Club. To operate and continually improve the department through the most effective use of team members, materials, time, equipment and effort. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the minimum guest service expectations.
Manage, direct and supervise casino staff personnel in execution of all entertainment venues and assist with consumer special events;
Generate all necessary check requests, material requests and support materials to ensure all invoices are paid promptly
Oversee complete operation of Club functions;
Instruct, coach and provide direction to all bar/beverage team members Establish and uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards that exceed guest expectations Night Club Develop and maintain financial/statistical reports;
Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage to develop annual budget;
Monitor inventory and make recommendations for supply/equipment purchases Address guest related issues in a courteous, professional manner using verbal and written communication
Participate with Hospitality and casino management teams for networking, training and support
Other duties as assigned

  • Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience
  • GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
  • High School Diploma/GED required Four (4) year degree or five (5) years experience in Food & Beverage industry with a minimum of three (3) years of Supervisory experience required
  • Computer experience required, MICROS or other computer based cash handling preferred
  • Two (2) years budgeting experience preferred
  • Must possess sensitivity to Native American culture
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
  • Must satisfactorily complete a probationary period
  • Must be able to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Must follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Must comply with and enforce all Casino policies and procedures
  • Must direct and oversee the development and implementation of training program to include training
  • manuals, policies and procedures, and job descriptions
  • Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as deemed necessary by department manager, potentially in excess of 50 hours per week
  • Must adhere to dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
