Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Beverage Manager position. The position description is as follows: POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the overall performance of the Beverage Department by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. -Responsible for budgetary functions of the Beverage Department, including the control of beverage costs. -Reviews payroll numbers to determine number of FTEs needed. -Responsible for Beverage inventory and quality control. -Responsible to build Beverage Department revenues by designing special promotions while controlling costs. -Issues written and oral instructions. -Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. -Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances. -Adjusts errors and complaints. -Must possess the Five Star Qualities. -Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the gaming property's internal controls, policies, and procedures. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises 5 Beverage Supervisors in the Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Crew Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Crew Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years management experience in related food and/or beverage areas; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be well organized, efficient and aggressive. Must have full knowledge of Beverage operations.
