Job description	We are seeking gregarious Bar & Restaurant staff for our busy beachfront resort, popular with international sailing, boating & diving clientele. Our menu is International/Caribbean (casual dining, table service) plus hosted dinners for in-house guests and special events. Resort facilities are somewhat basic, due to generator power & water limitations, but we are renowned for our good food, friendly service and beautiful beach location.
Contract conditions and benefits	6 day work-week will include split shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Salary (dep. on exp.) + gratutities + year-end bonus. Accommodation in a shared house & all meals are provided on-island. Staff discount applies to drinks, giftshop purchases and watersports.
Required education and work experience	Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a high-volume restaurant and bar. Previous experience in the Caribbean or remote locations with limited amenities will be a distinct advantage. Work permit applications require a current medical and police clearance certificate.
Remarks	As we are located on a virtually uninhabited island, you must have the ability to live in close quarters and thrive on working & socializing within a small team environment. Couples may be considered if suitably qualified for another role within the company (Waiter/Bartender, Cook or Gardener/Handyman).
