Job description	For a mid size luxury hotel in the Channel Islands, ECR Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an Assistant F&B Manager. He/she will manage, in cooperation with the F&B Manager, the daily operation of the department, including restaurants and a busy banquet department. On-the-job training and development of the team as well as making sure the standards are met are part of the job as well.
Contract conditions and benefits	Open contract Housing is offered for a small monthly fee. Regular employment benefits
Required education and work experience	Hotelschool education and/or suitable experience in F&B. Experience in 4-5* hotels and/or high end restaurants. At least 2 years experience as restaurant manager or on mid-management level within a F&B department. Professional appearance. Good management & communcation skills Team player. Fluent in English !!!! EU PASSPORT OR PERMIT IS REQUIRED !!!
