Job description	For a large high end restaurant and catering company in Warsaw, ECR is searching for a General Manager. Our client operates a/o a restaurant, cafe as well as a high end catering operation. The GM will manage the entire organization and will have full P&L responsibility for the businesses, including: - Preparation of strategies and plans for business development/ - Achieving financial targets - Taking responsibility for all the necessary legal issues, permits - Successfully managing the existing organization; - Provide necessary development to the employees etc.

Required education and work experience	-Professional experience: min. 3-4 years in a managerial position, in hospitality business gained in a demanding environment, servicing professional clients, international corporate clients and top diplomatic events; -Polish speaker/national wanting to return to Poland; fluent English; - Excellent knowledge of the industry and its benchmarks; - Business acumen, fluency in financial issues; - Proven track record in people management; - Good communication skills; - Integrity and energy;
