Job description Ensures locations prepare, present and serve food on a timely basis.
Ensure areas are monitored and any variance from specifications corrected.
Coordinates with the Food Purchasing area to develop, set and review menu cost, retail pricing and recipe cards including creating new food menu items and ways to present food attractively.
Participates in the Duty Officer program as scheduled.
Encourages a safe, pleasant work environment for employees.
Assists in preparing operating plan and budget.
Follows established accounting procedures for documentation of purchases and expenses.Monitor and take action to ensure operation remains within guidelines concerning budget, cost of sale and per cap.
Selects, trains, directs, schedules, evaluates and disciplines staff and maintains appropriate documentation.
Contract conditions and benefits
  • Salary: from 70,000 USD a year.
  • We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.

Required education and work experience
  • Communicates clearly and effectively by speaking, writing and listening to management, associates and guests.
  • Speaks clearly and concisely with an organized thought process.

  • Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening) especially for dealing with the public and associates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
