| Job description |
Restaurant Supervisor required for upcoming season. Responsibilities include; providing excellent customer service, supervision and training of staff, organizing special events, open/closing & cashiering procedures, Inventory control, upholding Health, Safety & Hygiene policies, and assisting chefs and FOH staff as required.
Must be proficient in computerised POS systems and MS Office software. You must be able to speak, read & write English and fluency in other languages would be an advantage. | Required education and work experience |
- Applicants should have at least 3 years restaurant management experience plus a strong food-service background with a recognised culinary diploma/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Must be proficient in computerised POS systems and MS Office software. You must be able to speak, read & write English and fluency in other languages would be an advantage.
