| Job description | Duty Manager required in Cumbria for this luxurious hotel with fine dining restaurant, Conference and Banqueting Facilities and is a leading Wedding Venue. We are looking for a Duty Manager with a Food and Beverage background and someone who has had experience of working within a high quality hotel where service is of the highest level. The restaurant has a 50 covers restaurant with conferencing/wedding facilities for to 200. You will have experience within both restaurant and conference and banqueting and have the ability to run both weddings and a restaurant service. As Duty Manager you will ensure the team is motivated and directed to ensure service is smoothly run and that the highest standards are being met. All food is sourced locally and is a seasonal menu with a large wine list to compliment this. As Duty Manager you will be very standards driven with a professional and friendly manner. You will be highly organised and be able to think on your feet and deal with any situations that arise in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to work as part of the service team. This position offers excellent working conditions within a luxurious environment and a friendly team. In line with UK immigration and employment law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply, proof of id will be required in the form of a passport, drivers licence or utility bill upon application. |
