Job description The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the manager in the day to day running of our busy Restaurant, Bar and Lounge areas. Maintaining 4 star service standards at all times, the main focus for this position on the offset will be on our extremely busy lounge and bar areas.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who has a passion for customer service, is confident in the training and management of staff, as well as assisting in product development ensuring that the appropriate standards are maintained at all times and a first class service is delivered to guests. A proactive sales approach is required to meet budgeted revenue targets.
Contract conditions and benefits
  • £15,500, plus tips, service charge and excellent benefits including Free bespoke Uniform, Free meals on duty, Free leisure membership, Childcare Voucher scheme, Employee incentive scheme, Contributory pension scheme, Discounted staff standby rates at any QHotel, Complimentary two night stay including dinner, bed & breakfast.
Required education and work experience
  • Min 2 years experience in hotel F&B departments. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
