Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Fuel Mart Manager position. The position description is as follows: JOB SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing operations and management of a fuel mart, including a diner/deli. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Assess, organize, plan, implement, and monitor management, operations, marketing and financial performance of the fuel mart. -Ensure that all team members, at all times, provide a courteous, tactful relationship with our customers. -Maintain, at all times, a clean, well-lighted environment for our customers including the pump islands, landscaping, driveways and parking lot, interior of building, floors, shelves, coolers, storage areas, eating areas, and restrooms. -Train, hire, evaluate and motivate all team members. -Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and followed according to expectations. -Responsible for monitoring fuel and the fuel mart profit margins each day and adjust retail prices for best yield consistent with customer patronage. -Responsible maintaining adequate inventory of fuel, food items, snacks, beverages, tobacco and alcohol. -Ensure that items are placed in optimal visual locations for fast turnover. -Ensure that all delivery of food, tobacco and beverage items are properly received by the fuel mart personnel and correctly recorded into inventory. -Implement all policies, rules & regulations and apply them using fairness and good judgment. -Carry out verbal and written instructions from the General Manager and follow-through in the completion of all assignments. -Plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor tribal fuel transportation program. -Identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions to the General Manager. -All other duties as assigned.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years experience as a Fuel Mart, Convenience Store Manager or equivalent. Prefer additional classes in Management, Business or Service Station, Fuel Mart, or Convenience Store operations.
