Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Server Assistant position. The position description is as follows: The Server Assistant assures smooth and efficient operation of the Fine Dining Restaurant by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests and assist other personnel as needed. The Server Assistant: * Greets the guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and good wishes. * Assists Serving Team with service to guests. * Clear, Clean and Reset tables in a timely manner. * Stock glassware, flatware, china & napkins in all areas necessary. * Has basic knowledge of Beverage selections, Wine list and Food Menu. * Establishes good kitchen relations. * Has knowledge of Casino for guest inquires. * Keeps work areas clean, stocked and looking sharp at all times. * Before, during and after shift side work. * Assists other team members as needed. * Assists in maintaining a safe working environment.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalency. * Previous fine dining server experience. * Strong organizational skills. * Successfully complete Responsible Alcohol Service program. * Be able to maintain a positive attitude towards each guest and fellow employee, make work pleasant and efficient. * Promote and participate in a strong team effort. * Ability to communicate effectively with Team members. * Ability to do multi tasks efficiently.
