Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Restaurant Bartender position. The position description is as follows: The Restaurant Bartender ensures smooth and efficient operation of the high roller lounge by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests and assist other personnel as needed. Contribute to the overall positive guest experience from the time of approach until their departure. The Restaurant Bartender: * Greets the guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and good wishes. * Takes care of all guest beverage needs. * Completes knowledge of menu and beverage selection to include: wine list, liqueur, liquor, champagne, and beer. * Completes knowledge of the POS system. * Enters sales into POS system and process guest payment transactions accurately. * Cash handling with accuracy. * Balances bank to sales report with accuracy. * Knowledge of casino guest inquires. * Keeping work areas clean, stocked and looking sharp at all times. * Before, during and after shift side work. * Assists other team members as needed. * Assists in maintaining a safe working environment. * Promotes and participate in a strong team effort. * Successfully completes Responsible Alcohol Service program. * Completes ServSafe training.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalency. * Previous bartending experience, preferably high volume. * Must have Bartender?s license (city of Milwaukee). * Excellent guest service skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests. * Ability to do multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Be able to maintain a positive attitude towards each guest and fellow employee and make work pleasant and efficient.
