Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Sports Bar Bartender Trainer position. The position description is as follows: The Sports Bar Bartender Trainer assures smooth and efficient operation of the Sports Bar by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests and and assure smooth and efficient facilitation of training for specified positions within the venue for new team members. Contribute to the overall positive guest experience from the time of approach until their departure. The Sports Bar Bartender Trainer: * Reports to work in full uniform as required in the Food & Beverage Department Best Practices book. * Greeting the guests and new team members with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and good wishes. * Take care of all guest food and beverage needs. * Complete knowledge of beverage selection. * Complete knowledge of the menu. * Complete knowledge of the POS system. * Enter sales into POS system and process guest payment transactions accurately. * Cash handling (large amounts). * Balance bank to sales report with accuracy. * Knowledge of Casino and who?s who to contact for guest needs. * Keeping work areas clean, stocked and looking sharp at all times. * Before, during and after shift side work. * Assist other team members as needed. * Assist in maintaining a safe working environment. * Promote and participate in a strong team effort and assist other team members, as needed. * Ability to review and discuss all training materials daily according to the training outline for the position. * Administer, grade and review all position tests with new team members daily during their training period. * Knowledge of Food & Beverage Department Best Practices book. * Knowledge of the following: o Food & Beverage Department philosophies o Position responsibilities o Menus o Side work o Proper sanitation
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	* High School Diploma or equivalency. * Must have Bartender?s license (city of Milwaukee). * Minimum of three months experience in current position. * Excellent attendance record. * Excellent guest service skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Previous bartender experience. * Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards each guest and fellow employee and make work pleasant and efficient. * Promote and participate in a strong team effort. * Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests. * Ability to do multi tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Successfully complete Responsible Beverage and ServSafe programs within 3 months of becoming a trainer. * Requires prolonged periods of standing. * Light, moderate and heavy lifting is required up to 50 pounds (80 pounds with assistance). * Position dictates working in a fast-paced environment and subject to irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays. * Required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. * Required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
