Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Club Bartender position. The position description is as follows: Job Summary: Serves food, mixes and serves drinks, stocks supplies, keeps accurate records of inventory, accepts money and makes change. Maintains the highest level of guest service and food and beverage standards as determined by the Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Director. Other duties assigned.
Contract conditions and benefits	Pay Rate: $10.97 per hour
Required education and work experience	EDUCATION: -High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. If applicant does not meet education requirement, employer will allow 6 months from date of hire to meet this job requirement as a condition of employment. -Graduate from a Bartending Academy preferred. SKILLS: -Ability to work with a POS system. -Must have good character, be motivated, and hard working. -Ability to work well with guests and team members. -Must exude confidence, poise, posture, grace, and style. -Must possess personal and professional maturity. -Must have strong interpersonal skills to include tact, patience, and courtesy. -Must have excellent communication skills. -Must be neat, clean, and possess healthy work habits. -Must have basic math and cashiering skills. (Test required) EXPERIENCE: -Minimum of two (2) years experience bartending in an upscale nightclub and/or bar. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: -Must be 21 years of age or older. (Please attach document with application) -Must be able to pass an agility exam to determine if physically capable to perform the essential functions of the job applicable) -Must posses a Food Handler’s permit, or obtain one within 60 days of hire. (Submit copy with application if applicable) -Must have the tolerance and patience for dealing with upset, angry and/or frustrated individuals. -Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment. -Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of guest service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers. -Must attend mandatory guest service training. -Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. -Must be able to successfully complete either a tribal, state, or federal background investigation. -Must be able to obtain a Category B Tribal Gaming License. -Must have successful employment history with the Tribes and/or other employers.
