| Job description |
Bar Tender/Waiter required to join our small team in the Caribbean. Operating split shifts, weekends & holidays duties include serving behind the bar and in the restaurant. Maintaining health & safety standards. Socialising & coordinating with guests. |

| Required education and work experience |
- Applicants should have at least 3 years restaurant/bar experience plus a strong food-service background with a recognised culinary diploma/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Must be proficient in computerised POS systems and MS Office software. You must be able to speak, read & write English and fluency in other languages would be an advantage.
