Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Beverage Wait Staff position. The position description is as follows: Provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to guests consistent with the standards of the Beverage/Club departments. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in the minimum guest service expectations. Accountable for providing superior beverage service for designated area offering complimentary and alcoholic refreshments to guests; Utilize and implement responsible alcohol service training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns Assist with supplying and cleaning wait/service station Handle cash and reconcile bank for all alcohol served according to Club policies Communicate with Management the area in need of special attention to better facilitate quality guest service Other duties as assigned
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred Proven knowledge of alcohol service required One (1) year experience as a food and beverage server familiar with tray service preferred One (1) year experience with a computerized point-of-sale system preferred Must possess sensitivity to Native American culture Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License Must satisfactorily complete an introductory period Must be able to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner Must follow all safety rules and regulations Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as deemed necessary by department manager; Must adhere to and conform with dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene; Must adhere to and excel in our Minimum Guest Service Expectations Must exude confidence, poise, posture, grace and style Women bartenders should have "natural hourglass figures" and men bartenders should have "V-shaped torsos, broad shoulders and slim waist To apply directly to management through entry-level positions in all departments of a casino-hotel resort, gaming technology/manufacturing firm, bingo hall, race track, cruise line, or gaming commission, please click on "Search Jobs" or use this URL: http://www.casinocareers.com/jobsearch.cfm and click on the "Send Resume" button.
