Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Restaurant Manager position. The position description is as follows: The Restaurant Manager is resposible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant. Responsible to the Director of Food and Beverage for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the supervision and performance of Assistant Restaurant Managers and Executive Chefs. Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant. Deeveloping wait, host, utility, and kitchen staff.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control Card any applicable health certificates.
