Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Restaurant Manager position. Description: Greet and communicate with the Guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Implement and train on superior Guest Service standards and ensure that prompt and courteous service is provided to all guests. Monitor the associates of the restaurant to assure they provide service in accordance with these standards and take action to correct any noted deficiencies. Monitor all operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with all established standards and procedures as directed by the Director of Food and Beverage, Resort policies and procedures, state, federal, health and other regulatory standards and regulations. Attempt to resolve all guest complaints concerning the service or quality of food associated with the assigned outlet. Mange and operate the restaurant in accordance with the Resort’s Mission statement, the established Value System, and in accordance with the Guest Promise. Prepare the work schedules for the associates and delegate work and station assignments. Inspect and monitor the cleanliness of the entire restaurant area and verify that the restaurant complies with the required safety and health code regulations. Proficiently operate the established POS systems, Stratton-Warren Inventory Systems, and back office computer systems, as needed. Prepare associate performance evaluations and disciplinary notices. Communicate and interact with the Resort’s Leaders, the Food Shift Supervisors, assigned associates and other visiting dignitaries on a daily basis. Comprehend and analyze the financial reports for the assigned outlet and apply the information in a timely and practical fashion to improve the overall outlet operations and the financial impact that the restaurant has on the Resort’s business. Perform all other duties as assigned, delegated or tasked to complete. Required education and work experience	Must be minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. Must posses the minimum of an associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of previous experience as a Food Shift Supervisor or have some previous management experience in face-paced food and beverage outlet.
