Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Restaurant Manager position.
The position description is as follows:
Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of the operation and performance of the restaurant, to include successful delivery of guest service. Responsible for developing a positive work environment and developing well trained team members.
Implements and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Assists the Food & Beverage Assistant Director as needed or requested. |

| Required education and work experience |
- EDUCATION:
- -High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. (Copy of either document must be attached with application).
- -Two (2) years of Business and/or Hospitality courses from an accredited college preferred.

- SKILLS:
- -Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of running a casual dining, full service, 24-hour restaurant.
- -Must have demonstrated kitchen operation management skills.
- -Must have good organizational skills for scheduling and managing hourly staff.
- -Must have the ability to develop and train staff members, new and current.
- -Must have strong math skills related to restaurant industry financials. (Test required)
- -Must have knowledge of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- -Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Test required)
- -Must have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with guests.

- EXPERIENCE:
- -Minimum of three (3) years management experience in a casual full service 24-hour restaurant.
- -Minimum of five (5) years supervisory work experience in a related field.

- OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- -Must obtain certification with the National Restaurant Association for SERVSAFE Food Protection Manager Certification within one (1) year from date of hire.
- -Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
- -Must obtain a Snohomish County Health Food Handler’s card within 30 days from date of hire.
- -Must attend mandatory guest service training.
- -Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- -Must successfully complete and pass a National Indian Gaming Commission background investigation.
- -Must be able to obtain a Class A certification, and be Licensed, with the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- -Must have a successful employment history with Tribes and/or other employers.
