Job description	We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to work within our restaurants situated in Central London. The Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all branches, ensuring that they are running smoothly and in line with company operating standards, and set budgets and financial targets. The ideal candidate will be standards driven and hands-on in their approach, with excellent customer service and team working skills. Previous experience of working within a chain of restaurants in an operations management capacity is essential. You will need to have good financial acumen and be able to communicate well at all levels. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
Contract conditions and benefits	Remuneration package: £40k - £60k + bonus (depending on experience and performance)
Required education and work experience	You may have a degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
