Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Bingo Deli Manager position.
Description:
Job Summary: Manages the Bingo Deli operation efficiently, to include but not limited to menus for customers and operation requests. Assists in all managerial, financial and supervisory responsibilities of the Bingo Deli. Assists in implementing procedures, policies and regulations. Offers assistance for and assists all other employees as needed.
Ensures good customer service and relations. Responsible for Bingo Deli staffing and training, as well as the security of
goods, supplies and operation.

- EDUCATION:
- [ ] High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- [ ] Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Micro Soft Word and Excel.
- [ ] Ability to utilize & troubleshoot POS systems & registers.
- [ ] Ability to operate large fast food operation independently and under minimal supervision.
- [ ] Must demonstrate superior employee and customer relations skills.
- [ ] Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data.
- [ ] Must have good verbal and written communication skills, along with report writing ability. (Test required)
- EXPERIENCE:
- [ ] Minimum of five (5) years supervisory and/or management experience in a restaurant or fast food
- environment, responsible for menu development, inventory, and menu control.
- [ ] Minimum of five (5) years cooking experience.
- OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- [ ] Must be certified with the National Restaurant Association for SERV SAFE Food Protection Manager
- certification course or obtain within 3 months from date of hire.
- [ ] Certified for HAACP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point or obtain within 3 months from date of hire
