Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Concessions Manager position. The position description is as follows: The Concessions Manager has the ability to lead the team effort with effective communication and professionalism to ensure the highest standards of quality and guest service. The Concessions Manager: * Ability to ensure the highest standards of quality & prompt service. * Complete menu knowledge. * Sets daily example of professional behavior, cooperation & responsibility. * Maintains a safe, sanitary and organized work environment. * Assess and anticipate the needs of the staff and guests. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. * Seeks better ways for staff at any level to accomplish their tasks. * Ability to motivate staff. * Ability to control pace and quantity of production, minimizing down time. * Encourage feedback from staff and respond to needs in timely a manner. * Makes every effort to be approachable with staff and guests. * Ability to think outside the box. * Ability to adapt to change. * Adhere to all Human Resources policies & procedures, completes appropriate paperwork in a timely manner. * Handles difficult staff & guest situations with resolve. * Establish a congenial & professional relationship with other departments to ensure consistency in the venue. * Show the desire to learn about the job and demonstrate initiative to move to the next level. * Accurately complete daily/weekly admin responsibilities while maintaining a strong presence on the floor. * Completes weekly department schedules according to date/time set forth in company policy. * Knowledge & ability to perform all positions within the venue. * Uses red book as an effective daily communication tool between management staff. * Achieves positive results through effective coach & counseling. * Training & development of staff through attainable goals. * Ability to delegate effectively to achieve acquired results. * Conducts daily pre-shift meetings. * Ability to attain venue budgeted goals through effective cost controls to include scheduling & inventory. * Takes a pro-active approach to complete performance reviews in a timely manner according to anniversary dates.
Contract conditions and benefits	Salary Range: DOE
Required education and work experience	* High School Diploma, College Degree (optional). * Prior restaurant supervisor/management experience. * Good Leadership skills. * Good communication skills. * Must be able to exercise initiative. * Be able to maintain a positive attitude towards each staff member and guests. * Promote and participate in a strong team effort. * Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests. * Successfully complete Responsible Alcohol Service program. * Successfully complete Food Service Sanitation (certificate).
