Job description	Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a Restaurant Supervisor position. The position description is as follows: JOB SUMMARY: Supervises restaurant and concession staff. Oversees the operation, ensuring the utmost in efficiency and service. Inventories, restocks, and keeps restaurant and concession areas running smoothly. Assists with training, schedules, disciplines and recommends termination of staff. MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supervises food service and concession employees. 2. Handles and resolved customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Trains new employees and supervises ongoing training. 4. Makes sure food products are up to standards and served on time. 5. Checks daily receipts and monthly inventories. 6. Keeps daily payroll. 7. Promotes positive public relations. 8. Ensures proper staffing. 9. Ensures dining room is kept professional, neat, and clean. 10. Informs staff of daily specials and special events, programs, or new policies. 11. Assists in maintaining all related employee files. 12. Fills in for all other positions as needed. 13. Recommends and assists in employee evaluations and discipline 14. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required education and work experience	EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION (required and preferred): High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A minimum of two years' experience in Food service preferred with at least one year managerial or supervisory experience required. SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Knowledge of restaurant and concession procedures. Knowledge and presentation of wines and liquor. Some computer and POS or register knowledge preferred. Must be able to demonstrate proper etiquette in table setting and service. Capable of training all staff positions. Able to handle large sums of money accurately. Able to work well with subordinates and management in a professional manner. Must be able to work with and maintain confidential information and materials. Must maintain a valid WA State health card/food handlers permit.
