Job description	For a larger 4* hotel ECR Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Senior Sous Chef. The hotel is part of an international chain and has a very busy F&B department with mostly corporate clients using the hotel's extensive conference and banquet facilities. The Senior Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen with an international team of 15 chefs.

Required education and work experience	Educated chef Experience in 4 or 5 star hotels is required as well as experience in busy banquet kitchens. Strong organizational as well as people skills EU nationality or a permit for the UK is a MUST
